Turkey’s Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said that the explosions were likely connected to ISIS. But as of Wednesday morning, no group has claimed responsibility. Officials say that all three suspected attackers died on the scene.
The airport, the country’s largest, has resumed operations.
“No matter where the terror comes from, our country is strong enough to fight against this terror,” Yildirim said hours after the explosions. “I call on every citizen to act in unity and stand by each other.”
