BP CEO Tony Hayward, the guy who’s become known mostly for inserting his foot in his mouth for the past two months since the oil spill, will testify to the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations of the House Energy and Commerce Committee this morning. This will be his first appearance in Washington since the Gulf gusher began on April 20, so you can expect a lively dressing-down from House members.
